Do the motorcycles come with a warranty?
Yes. All motorcycles and scooters include a 1-year limited parts warranty covering manufacturer defects, or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first.
You must register the our motorcycles and mopeds with Italica Motors within the first 30 days of receiving it in order to activate the warranty, you can register it at their website at https://www.italicamotors.com/warrantyitalica. Just fill out the form, put us, Inferno Motos, as the dealer and upload a screenshot or a copy of the email receipt as the image and you’re done.
Please note: the warranty covers parts only and does not include labor.
Do the scooters and motorcycles come assembled?
Not all models arrive fully assembled.
The following models come fully assembled out of the crate:
• Cyber 250cc
• Raptor 300cc
All others models may require assembly with tools and minor knowledge of mechanical skills, we recommend find professional mechanical technician assistance

We offer worldwide shipping.
If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us directly for a shipping quote before placing your order.
How much is shipping?
• International shipping within the continental us (excluding Hawaii and Alaska): $399 flat rate per unit.
• Outside the USA: Rates vary depending on destination. Please contact us for a custom quote if you live outside the USA or are located in one of the two states of Hawaii or Alaska.
Do the scooters and motorcycles require registration (tag)?
Yes. By law, all motorized vehicles require registration.
This includes 50cc models. However, registration requirements may vary by state. We recommend checking your local DMV regulations before purchase.
Do I need a driver’s license?
It depends on engine size and state law.
• 150cc and above: A motorcycle license is typically required.
• 50cc models: In most states, a motorcycle endorsement may not be required, but regulations vary.
We strongly recommend verifying your local state requirements before operating any motorized vehicle.
Do you offer replacement parts?
Yes. We stock replacement parts for all of our models to ensure long-term support and serviceability.
Is shipping insurance included?
Shipping insurance is not included by default but is strongly recommended. Insurance options are available through our shipping carrier at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final once shipped.
Due to the nature of motorized vehicles, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and provide warranty support if needed.
Does the warranty include labor?
No. The warranty covers parts only.
If a replacement part is needed, we cover the part (including shipping). Labor costs are not included.
It is a relatively easy process and we provide technical support to help guide you through installation if needed.
Although, most mechanic shops know how to assemble motorcycles and mopeds, usually for $100-200.
We recommend for the convenience and in many cases, competitive pricing, apps like Airtasker, Autoguru or EButler which offer mechanic services to you in your location.
